At Chosen by Him, each item is made especially for you with care and purpose. Because our products are created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chosenbyhim.com
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
As each product is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions before ordering.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@chosenbyhim.com. We’ll do our best to locate your order or arrange a replacement if confirmed missing.
